Unhappy [Solved] Write permission missing on backup directory - after uploading the license

Hi, hope you can help me!

Since i uploaded my license all smart and full scans failed with the error message "write permission missing on backup directory". The same installation without my purchased license (trial mode) worked well. The owner and the group of the backup directory are "zimbra". The write permission for the user is set.
I have no idea for the reason my zextras backup don't work anymore!!!

    Hello Stre,
    welcome to the forums!

In order to properly help you I'd like to have some additional informations:

    - Zimbra Version and OS
    - ZeXtras Version
    - Output of the following command: ls -la /opt/zimbra/backup/zextras (if you have changed the Backup Path on the ZeXtras Administration Zimlet, please insert your backup path instead of "/opt/zimbra/backup/zextras/")

    Have a nice day,
    Cine

    Hello stre,

the '.' after each permission list (e.g. drwxr-x---.) makes me think that there is an active SELinux security context on the backup folder.
SELinux should be disabled on Zimbra servers (as specified in Zimbra's System Requirements document) and this might be the cause for write permissions error.
Please disable any active SELinux security context, restart the mailboxd service on your server and try again.

    Have a nice day,
    Cine
