    Incremental Migration Question

    Hello all,

    I've been tasked to upgrade and migrate a Zimbra 7.1.4 server to the latest 8.6.0. They're currently running on CentOS 5.9 and I've installed Zimbra 8.6.0 on CentOS 7. They have horrid disk IO issues on the old server so my plan now is to do the Incremental Migration (since an actual export seems it would have taken over a week) but I wanted to make sure that doing these steps, are all distribution groups migrated along with accounts, server settings, etc? I haven't touched Zimbra in a while and can't recall if these things are treated as such, since there's no mentioning if they are migrated in the guide you linked to. I posted this in another existing thread, feel free to delete, I think it'll get more exposure in it's own thread without hijacking the other.

    Thanks for any insight or replies.

    Hello dbentley!

    Using ZeXtras Suite you'll be able to migrate:
    * Domains
    * Classes of Service
    * Distribution Lists
    * Accounts (including aliases, passwords and all other properties/preferences)
    * Data (Emails, address books, calendars, tasks, briefcases)

    Global and Server settings are backed up but not restored, just as customizations, and can be accessed for reference through the `zxsuite backup getServerConfig`

    Feel free to ask any further information about your migration, I'll be glad to help!
