    Unable to comunicate with server

    I get there error message while trying to do a restore from a local directory:

    "error: com.zextras.lib.Error.UnableToCommunicateWithServe rError: Unable to communicate with server"

    I am sometimes on the admin webpage when it happens. Sometimes I only have a shell open watching the migration take place through the "zxsuite backup monitor 6d5dc89c-bc50-475f-a9a2-294a8bcd5f3e". I have rebooted the machine, and cleaned the cache. The migration tool worked perfectly, but now the import is failing every few minutes with the error listed above?

    It also says: "ZeXtras Suite has detected an abnormal interruption of a ZxBackup operation, usually caused by a mailboxd service restart. Please make sure to find and fix the cause of said service restart before restarting the operation." How do I do that?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi cb0rtha and welcome to our forums!

    It seems your mailboxd service crashes, so all zextras operations stop with it... In order to help you we need all information mentioned on our How to report a ZeXtras Suite issue.

    I can suggest also to look at mailbox.log and zmmailboxd.out files for memory problem, or resource consumption... maybe your server doesn't meet minimum zimbra requirements or some tuning is required.
