    Unable to restore: parent not available

    Hi,

    I'm running migration from 7.2 to 8.5, zxbackup is the latest version

    Seeing a lot of such messages in the mailbox logs:
    2014-11-03 01:28:36,519 WARN Unable to restore: 363b7cd9-6d41-4fb9-90b7-728aa96984cb/869646 parent not available

    Is there a way to find out what's missing? The folders structure is quite complicated for the mail account, maybe backup-restore can't process it correctly?

    Also, I wanted to ask what license restriction for zxbackup?

    Could you please send your import log to community@zextras.com so that our team will be able to fully investigate your issue? Also, as many mailbox.log files from the source server would be useful in order to piece together as much of your migration's history as possible.
