Auto archive in zimbra desktop

Dear Cine,
I am using zimbra desktop client 7.1.4 for windows. i want auto archieve.
How can i configure.

can you please define what you mean by "auto archive"?

Dear Cine,

my old mails and other items are move to a separate personal folder (defined) by automatically or set by rule

Hello Shashikant,
in order to archive your emails locally and remove them from the server you can create a dedicated subfolder of the "Local Folders" folder and move there your emails.

Fully automating this process is not possible tho, because Zimbra Desktop (and the Zimbra Web Client too) don't give the option to create a "move items older than 30 days" kind of filter.
The nearest option you have is to manually create a date-based filter which will move your emails to the "archive" folder and update/run it manually once in a while...
