    No valid CSR was found

    Hello,

I'm trying to install commercial SSL but it gave No valid CSR, I tried to generate the CSR from administrator Area I'm getting the following error:

Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: mail.domain.com->zimbra@mail.domain.com:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Method: [unknown] Details:soap:Receiver

once again, I removed the following path:

    rm -rf /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/

    /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr createcsr comm -new -subject "/C=US/ST=London/L=London/O=Zimbra Mail/OU=Mail Server/CN=mail.domain.com"

    more /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.csr

    su - zimbra

    zmcontrol stop

    zmcontrol start

    It display the correct CSR

    I follow the following links:

    https://community.zimbra.com/collabo...1928/t/1134985

    https://forums.zextras.com/general-i....html#post1800

but still appear in the administrator no valid CSR

    Any idea please?

Hi rmbaba and welcome to our forums.

I moved your post in the Zimbra-HowTo forum because it is not related to our product.

I don't know what version of Zimbra server you are using and what commercial SSL certificate you have bought but I can suggest to take a look at this reference guide for better understand your issue.

About your problem with "{RemoteManager: mail.domain.com->zimbra@mail.domain.com:22}" you have found the right reference post regarding ssh keys, have you followed these steps? didn't you solved it?

    Have a nice day.

    Hi rmbaba,

it's very hard helping you without any details of your environment or errors log...
Can you also explain all what you tried to do (step-by-step)?

    Have a nice day.

    Hey,

as I mentioned before, I have zimbra 8.6 I'm trying to install the SSL it gaves the error mentioned in the first post.

Even trying to generate CSR giving the same error.

I tried the links provided before via CLI and shell but nothing changes.

I'm still getting the error check below

I didn't see any mention about your zimbra version before

...as I mentioned before, without any other details it's very hard helping you. You should post any relevant error logs on your mailbox.log file and all output of any CLI command you have used. You can also try to follow the CLI procedure to install your SSL certificate.

    Have a nice day.
