According to the exception you report, ZeXtras Suite couldn't access the item with ID42403 in the amorim@yourdomain account due to a "no such BLOB" error. This means that while the item is available in Zimbra's DB, the related BLOB file doesn't exist or cannot be accessed.
Both the "doCheckBlobs" ZeXtras CLI command and the "zmblobchk" Zimbra CLI commands can help you finding and fixing this. There is also an extended article in the Zimbra Wiki about this which will probably be really helpful...
