    Hello Luis!

In order to complete your first import you only need to start the same External Restore operation as you did the first time (making sure there is enough disk space on the target server beforehand).

If you wish to re-initialize a backup path on the source server you just need to change the "Backup Path" setting to a different folder and run the initialization process again. Mapfiles are based on account IDs and are stored on the destination server, so initializing a different backup path will have no effect on the import.

    Hello Luis!

You can select all accounts, as any previously imported item will be skipped...

    Hello Cine,

I rerun the import proccess. It finished without major problems but when i Check the log I found that for every account that was miss in the first run there is a warning

WARN Cannot find COS for account aarriaga@banhcafe.hn: falling back to original default

This warning is shown in 199 account which were not import since the first run ended incomplete because my server has no space left.

What can I do to have a exndende trial licence for zetrax suite in my source server? In 9 days it will end.

    Thank you

    Hello Luis!

You just need to disable the RealTime scanner and *scan Scheduling first, and then delete the data in the Backup Path of the destination server...

Thank you Cine I already did that.

What about having a extended trial license, Is it that posible?

I have noticed when doing the second import in the log appeared this warning " WARN Cannot find COS for account xxxxx@xxxx: falling back to original default" is this something I must put attention? what should I do to solve it?

    Thank You

    Hello Cine,

I already have my extended trial license.

I have an emergency.... my destination server in out of space again. Is safe to delete data of my mounted folder? this have the backups done in my source server.

I have done 3 fulls backups of my source server and actually Iīm doing a third import. Is it posible to delete the first and second backup since those were already imported?

    Thank you

    Hello Luis!

You can safely delete any old export dataset you don't use anymore, just pay attention not to delete anything in the dataset you are currently using...

By the way, if you are using ZeXtras Suite on both servers following the Incremental Migration guide you should really use the same backup path for all FullScans as described on the guide: this will cut down both time and disk space by a good chunk
