    Problem with migration tool and COS

    Hi,

    i have a problem when i am migrating. Acctually is a problem in a mailbox that I can't resolve. So i decided delete these account of migration through the COS.
    I created a new COS and assign it to the account, but when I realize migration selecting only the default COS, this try to migrate this account also and the operation export fail.
    Do you know what the problem is?

    Anyway i need delete that account of the migration, but I don't know how.

    Hi Pablo,

    seems that the mailbox id 306 was in maintenance mode, do you know why?
    You can set it to active using this command:

    zmprov ma <USER> zimbraAccountStatus active
    If you have some difficults to find the user in maintenance status from its mailboxId, you can try to guess who is simply looking at the log file /opt/zimbra/log/zextras_ZxBackup_Export_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (feel free to send it to community(at)zextras.com).

    To better help you, we need to know some infos as stated in this post:
    Also, ALWAYS specify:
    - your Zimbra version
    - your ZeXtras Suite/ZxMig version ( as zimbra type: "zxsuite/zxmig core getversion" )
    - your OS, its version and architecture
    - for GUI related issues, the browser you were using when experiencing the issue and its version
    - for ZxChat Zimlet issues, the ZxChat Zimlet version
    (when reporting migration issues, please specify this data for both the source and destination server)

    Hi D0s0n,

    Yes, the mailbox id 306 is in maintenance mode, but we don't know what is the problem with this account. It was used for restore backups, but don't function now and we could not remove this. We cann't set it in active mode because automatically set to maintenance.
    We have tried of various ways to delete it, but we could not.
    For this reason we need exclude of the migration this account.

    We need more info in order to help you, first of all the specific version of your zimbra server, is it the Network Edition? ...you talk about backup restore.
    What can you find in the mailbox.log when you try to delete or set active that account?

    Any other related logs or info could be relevant.
