    Hello Diego!

    The Sales Team, which approves and activate all trial extensions, is on duty from 8am to 5pm GMT.

    Also, as a general notice for all users: The proper way to request a trial license extension is an email to the sales team reporting the total number of mailboxes needes, your ZeXtras Store username and the reason behind the extension request (or the proper link to a forum post if the matter is being discussed here.
    This will allow the Sales Team to process your request more quickly.

    Hello,

    I did the migration,

    But I'm having some problems, customers who use Outlook is downloading duplicate items, this is my biggest problem,

    And some accounts he did not care boxes, what to do?

    How can i just export one acount and import?

    Hello Diego,

    can you please specify the Outlook version in use and how it is configured (IMAP/POP? etc...).

    Also, what do you mean by "did not care boxes"?

    I use POP,

    MS Outlook 2007

    Some accounts donīt have any folder in inbox,

    In the original i have many folders, before migrate that foldes disaper
