    Problem importing account

    Hi all,

    I have installed the migration tool on one server and the backup tool on another server.
    I have exported a domain and I have imported it with the backup tool, with the 'Import backup' button, on the second server.
    But, I receive the following error:

    To be more precise, the tool creates the account and the domain, imported, but the account has no mail or object in its mailbox.

    Hello GVillari, and welcome to the forums!

    I notified the Dev team of the error, but I need some more information about your setup:

    Zimbra version and OS of the source server (the one with ZxMig)
    Zimbra version and OS of the destination server (the one with ZeXtras Suite)

    Hi Cine,

    thanks for your answer.

    The source server, where I have installed ZxMig, has OS Centos 5.4 32-bit, and the zimbra release is 6.0.8_GA_2661.RHEL5_20100820051652 FOSS edition.

    While, the destination server, where I have installed ZeXtras Suite, has OS CentOS release 5.5 64-bit with zimbra release 7.1.0_GA_3140.RHEL5_64_20110329150833 FOSS edition.

    Hi GVillari!

    I see the problem..
    Since version 7.0 Zimbra doesn't support noteboks anymore, and all the Documents functions have been merged with the Briefcase. ZeXtras Suite does not support the Documents -> Briefcase merge yet, as our developers are looking for the best way to implement it "user side".

    A fix will be included in the next ZeXtras release (coming in a couple of days at most).
