Question can I ignore unexpected blob files?

I am about to do a migration and get some "unexpected blob" errors when I do a check. I know this is because of a major crash I had trying to upgrade in January 2017.

    My question is:
Can I just ignore these errors and do the migration? Will the files be left behind (I hope) when I do the migration?

    kind regards
    aubrey

    Hello cyber7,
    and welcome to the forum!

The Zextras Migration tool will export all blobs referenced in the Zimbra database. No file will be deleted by the tool, and only referenced blobs will be migrated.

    Hi Luca
Thank you taking the time to answer me. I have had a horrid time with Zimbra and the support I have paid for is not always forthcoming. I also must say that this suit of tools you guys make is awesome (what I read!) and will be looking into purchase and using as soon as I can get this migration behind me.

What I have done to rectify is:
    zmblobchk --incorrect-revision-rename-file --mailboxes <###> start
and then if it fails, to move the file away...

so far so good, I will just have to re-checking my results...
