    Migrating from ZCA 6.0.14

    hi
    Zimbra Collaboration Appliance 6.0.14 (ZCA_6014.406)
    zextras_migration_tool-1.10.2

    Successfull install - no errors.
Logged as vmware (default appliance administrator):
"ZeXtras Suite Delegated Administration features have been disabled.
Please refer to your Global Administrator(s) for more information."

logged as administrator (myuser@mydomain) account - same error:
ZeXtras Suite Delegated Administration features have been disabled.
Please refer to your Global Administrator(s) for more information.

How can i make your tool work?

    Hello prozector,
    welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately, ZCA 6.x is not an officially supported platform, so issues like the one you describe are quite common.

I'm not really an expert of the ZCA so my suggestion might not be much accurate, but did you try accessing the Admin Console as the "admin" account (if any) or to use the ZeXtras CLI?

Cool! I've missed ZxMig CLI documentation! Thank you for pointing this out! I'll give it a try.

    No luck
    root@mail:~# su - zimbra -c 'zxmig migration doExport /opt/zimbra/backup/'

    operationId cb43c675-e42c-4471-ae08-87823fbb239f
    server mail.myserver
    monitorCommand zxmig migration monitor cb43c675-e42c-4471-ae08-87823fbb239f
    log path /opt/zimbra/log/zextras_ZxBackup_doExport_cb43c675-e42c-4471-ae08-87823fbb239f.log
Even no zextras_ZxBackup_doExport_cb43c675-e42c-4471-ae08-87823fbb239f.log file to see where is the problem.

    Hello prozector!

What's the output of the monitor command reported in the output? Any relevant info in the mailbox.log? Also, does the 'zimbra' user have R/W permissions on the /opt/zimbra/backup/zextras directory?

By the way, since there's no ZeXtras Administration Zimlet on your server you can check the notifications via CLI using the "zxmig core getNotification" command.

    Hello prozector!

Never worry, we're here to help

Did you try the solution mentioned in the thread you linked (cache flush and eventually service restart)? If this didn't work, could you please open a dedicated thread reporting the information mentioned in the "How to report a ZeXtras Suite issue" guide? Feel free to send any relevant log to community@zextras.com referring the thread's title in the subject...

    Have a nice day,
