Can ZeXtras Mobile Activesync use an alternate port?

I'm running Zimbra OSE 8.0.6 and a trial version of ZeXtras 1.8.13, testing the ability to sync Zimbra mail, GAL and calendar to Android devices..
Syncing mail and calendar works fine when setting 443 as the https port. To be able to access my server from the net I have to run ssl/https on an alternate port. When setting zimbraMailSSLPort to e.g. 62443 mail and calendar don't sync anymore. When I change it back to 443 the sync is OK.
Does anyone know if it's possible to make ZeXtas Mobile and activesync use an alternate port on an Android device? (Or another method to make this work?).

    Hi lleniere,

the ActiveSync protocol must use port 443/TCP (or 80/TCP without ssl protection) because almost all ActiveSync clients cannot set the connection port, so even if ZxMobile can work on any port, clients cannot... maybe you need another public IP to solve your problem or if you know how to do it, you can try to use a reverse proxy to share the same port with your other https services.

    Have a nice day.
