    Question Warning: ZeXtras Suite License Warning

    Hi All,

    I got a small problem in my zextras suite. I got a notification like

    "Warning: ZeXtras Suite License Warning".

    "This is an automated notification from ZeXtras Suite.
    Server failed the online ISP license audit.

    We remind you that this audit is mandatory for ISP licenses.

    Please ensure that update.zextras.com port 443 is reachable from all servers.
    If the problem persists please contact ZeXtras "

    And i have check the the port 443 is enable. There is no problem with my license, which is not expired. Can you please help to find the reason for this warning.

    NOTE: I didn't update the zextras suite. If this is the reason for the warning i can do it. Please advice me.

    Hi satyadev75 and welcome to the forums!

    could you tell me the version of ZeXtras Suite are you using? Have you an ISP license (orderId)?

    Anyhow, keeping your system up to date is important, check out the changelog.

    First of all thanks for the reply.

    I am using 1.8.12 and now I don't have the details of ISP license. Will update zextras and check it first.
