    Zextras 1.8.10 installation issue

    Dear all,
    I'm trying to install the last revision from the old one 1.8.8 on a zimbra 7.2.0_GA_2669 installation.

    I tried many times; at the beginning the installations aborted due to the failure of the mailboxd stopping.

    Every time I restarted zimbra manually, but at logon I saw "ZeXtras Zimlet has a different version from the ZezXtras Core! The Zextras Zimlet will be loaded. Build ID: c67118a55a1304ade1f2a2f51707290b6f5058c2". Obviously it didn't work

    So I tried to install the core and then zimlet separately, and the istallation worked; it asked to overwrite the same version, and I choose "yes". But the problem didn't disappear: same popup about the different versions, and the zextras plugin didn't work

    So I tried to reinstall all, choosing to overwrite the same revision, and I got not errors during the mailboxd restart. But it was uselessy, the problem is still there

    Have I to uninstall it and reinstall it from zero (option "-u")? In this case, will I have problem about the license?

    Hello Dedalus!

    Could you please try to access the Zimbra Administration Console in dev mode (adding "?dev=1" at the end of the URL - e.g. https://mail.yourdomain.com:7071/?dev=1)?
    If the issue does not appear accessing this way, clearing the cache of your browser should do the trick, while if the issue persists I'd need you to report all informations you can find in the "The Golden Rule" and "General" sections of the "How to report a ZeXtras Suite Issue" announcement thread in order to properly investigate the issue.

    Ahah.. you are right! I opened the zimbra console with another browser (so there are no cached data), and it is all ok.
