We have this version a long time ago, but we installed and we are running the 7.1.1! What do we do to correct this?
    Hello Jonathan,

this is usually caused by either an issue during a Zimbra upgrade or when migrating/restoring a Zimbra install using the "/opt/ move" method without carefully following the instructions (e.g. trying to move Zimbra 6.0.10 files over a Zimbra 7.1.1 server)...
I suggest you to check the zmsetup.*.txt files in /opt/zimbra/log/ and the .install_history file in /opt/zimbra/, you might find some hints should the cause be an upgrade issue.

Just to verify which version you are actually running, could you please enter the following string in your Zimbra Web Client's search bar and paste the output here?

    Code:
    $set:get version
    Have a nice day,
    Cine

You´re right, its was probably caused during the last upgrade. What if I copy the file zextras.jar from the folder 6.0.10 to 7.1.1, just to bypass the install.sh do you think that would work?

    Hi Jonathan,

you can try to directly copy the 6.0.10 zextras.jar file on /opt/zimbra/lib/ext/zextras/ to overwrite the installed one, then you just only need to restart mailboxd with "zmmailbodctl restart" command... but I can not guarantee a certain outcome in those conditions.
