Hi beable and welcome to the forums.

    As stated in installer:

    Code:
ZeXtras Suite needs to bind on TCP port 8735 in order to operate,
    for inter-instance communication.
Please verify no other service listens on that port and that it is properly filtered from public access by your firewall
The tcp port 8735 is only needed to operate in a multiserver environment, so you don't have to expose this port on public access.

So please explain what you are trying to do on this port.

The activesync protocol works on standard web ports: 80/tcp and 443/tcp, so take a look at this guide to properly configure your Zimbra server.
