    Zextras "Drive" tabs is not present when connecting from outside of the LAN

    Hi everyone,

    when I connect to zimbra with Zextras Pro features enabled, I can not see "Drive" Tab when I connect from outside of the LAN (from internet)
    If I connect from an internal LAN I can see the Drive Tab.
    what did I miss ?

    however, when I can try to use Drive, with a shared link for exemple, I got a white page with a "loading" text and a blue dot bouncing in front of the text.
    So it seems to indicate that something isn't working as expected.

    any troubleshooting procedure will helps, thanks for your indications.

    Hello Dominix,

    I suspect that some network device is blocking non HTTP/HTTPS traffic.

    Please check in the network tab of your browser (F12 in Chrome and Firefox) what is being blocked.

    I had the same issue. Apparently Drive uses the websocket protocol which was blocked by the firewall. In my case, after enabling websockets for the connection Drive started working.
    The websocket requirement is documented (yet).
