    Cant install Android App

    Hello i cannot install the App.(Both Team and Team Beta) Drive Beta is installed
    She is downloading and by the install process came the error. cannot install
    I have a Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) with Android 9.


    Please help me

    Hello midas1989,

    can you provide me with more information about the error?

    Has the device enough free memory?
    On the app page, in the play store, do you have the "install" button?
    Does the error appear after clicking "install" or before?

    Hello, i have enough free memory.
    I go in the "Play Store" and search for "Zextras Team".
    Than i klick install and the download process begin. When the download is complete the Installation start.
    One secound later came the error message

    Can't install Team
    Try again, and if the problem continues get help troubleshooting

    "Team" kann nicht installiert werden
    Versuche es noch einmal. Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, findest du hier einige gängige Lösungsmöglichkeiten


    I become no error Code

    our Dev Team has fixed the issue, please verify the deploy of the new version (1.2.0) on the play store and try installing the app again.

    Let me know if it resolves. If don't, please open a ticket on our support portal and I'll be glad to deeper analyze the problem.
