    Zextras Tab not visible in Zimbra Admin pannel

    Hi, we have just downloaded and installed zextra as 30day trial in order to test required functionality.

    The installation went through without any issues or any errors, and if I run zxsuite core getversion I can see it is installed.

    However in the admin panel I do not see the Zextras Tab.

    welcome to the forums!

    Did you run the installation command using the "all" option to install both the ZeXtras Core and the ZeXtras Administration Zimlet as described in the Installation Guide?

    Hello Michael,

    was there any error during the installation of the Zimlet either in the installer's output or in the mailbox.log? Did you clear the server's cache running `zmprov fc all` as suggested at the end of the installer?

    Hi Cine

    I did not run "zmprov fc all" after installation, but I did run it now and it did not make any difference.

    I also don't remember seeing any errors in the installer's output. In mailbox.log I can see various entries such as:
    ZeXtras loaded trial license, started on: 23/05/2016 15:37:38
    Scheduling operation ZxCore/LicenseRenewal with timezone South Africa Standard Time 0 2 * * *
    Scheduling operation ZxCore/LicenseCheck with timezone South Africa Standard Time */15 * * * *
    ...

    but a little further down the list I do see:
    ERROR [main] [] extensions - Cannot find ZeXtras zimlet

    This is probably the culprit. Should I simply try reinstall over the existing?

    Hi Cine

    I ran the install again as before, but this time made a note to check and in the installer "deploying Zextras Suit Zimlet" was successful.

    The Zextras tab is now also available in the Zimbra Admin console.

    Hi ! I have the same problem with ZCS 8.7.0 and ZExtras 2.2.5. Reinstallation no fixing the problem

    welcome to the forums!

    Did you make sure that the Zimlet was properly installed by checking the mailbox.log? If so, could you please try to clear both your browser's and server's cache and retry (the latter can be done by running `zmprov fc all` as the zimbra user)?

    Yes Zimlet was properly installed. Successful message at the end of setup. And no problem detected in mailbox.log
    Browsers' and server's cache were done too :S
