    Undersized License Count

    Hello,

I just degraded our license count from 35 to 10 as we have moved into another company structure but still need some of the old mailboxes. I also deleted all the old mailboxes and have 13 left but 4 of them are the default system accounts.

I tried to install the new license several times, but still get the message "The number of mailboxes on this infrastructure exceeds the number of licensed mailboxes"

    License
    License Status:
    Undersized (more info...)
    Total mailboxes:
    19
    Resource mailboxes:
    6
    Your mailboxes:
    13

How can I force zxsuite to reset the "accountCount"?

    Kind regards

    Hello mo23!

In order to force ZeXtras Suite to re-count the mailboxes on your server, you can run the following command as the 'zimbra' user:

    Code:
    zxsuite core doLicenseChecks

    Hello everyody!

Quick update: after investigating the issue with mo23, we found out that the cause was a configuration issue on some user accounts, so case closed

    Have a nice day,
