today I purchased a licence upgrade for my Zextras Suite. That was about 7 hours ago. When I try to download the invoice, the download button is grey and doesn't work. Am I just too impatient?

Invoices are manually processed by our staff, and are usually available for download within 2-4 workdays since the purchase
