I have a user getting the following popup on occasion, just started recently
Window title is: "Zextras Error"
Error message is: "Multiple concurrent pings, older ping has been killed"
Options are "Send Error Report", "Show Details", or "OK".
Since I wasn't there the user didn't think to show details so this is all I have to go on. Any thoughts?

Could you please let me know the Zimbra and ZeXtras Suite versions you are running along with your server's specs and the browser/version used by the user affected by this issue?

ADDENDUM:
Could you also check your mailbox.log files for any "Mailbox Lock" errors? The cause of the issue might be related to the number of threads/connections created by the account exceeding the number of allowed waiters...
