    Incremental Migration Question

First, let me say, this suite is quite awesome. Once I got my server DNS squared away (thanks Cine) the migration has gone amazingly well. I have done 2 backup restore cycles so far. I will do the switch and then the final shortly.

But, I notice that between the first and second, messages that were moved to folders in between are not showing as moved on the restored server. Not a big deal, but I just want to be sure there isn't any hidden issue to be concerned with.

Also, it seems to have moved all of my external accounts as well, although they do not currently authenticate. I assume that is because I haven't flipped the router so it has no incoming connections yet.

Otherwise, I love the software! Thanks again.

Well, the server is live and all normal Zimbra stuff is working. EXCEPT external IMAP accounts. Strangley, I CAN connect to my GMail IMAP account without issue. But the rest cause errors. I realize this probably has nothing to do with the migration, but if anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Here is the error when trying to add an account:

    Error: d2:CN23:host.somwhere.com1:O7:Unknown2:OU7:Unknown 6:accept4:true5:alias37:mail.anotherplace.com:BD12 41B74:fromi1331153962000e4:host28:mail.anotherplac e.com3:icn23:host.somewhere.com2:io7:Unknown3:iou7 :Unknown3:md532:C7B8B23C28C25554E61D6FBC21EA9ED58: mismatch5:false1:s8:BD1241B74:sha140:39300C1CD36DF 6507ADA572367CAA01DEB9ADC192:toi1362689962000ee

The server can resolve all of the addresses OK.

Seems Zimbra 8 defaults to being VERY picky about certs on external accounts.A little bit of CLI action and all is well.

    Thanks for a great product.

    Hello samgreco,
thank you for your kind words!
I'm really glad you enjoy ZeXtras Suite

During an incremental migration the imported messages are mapped in the Destination server in order to avoid duplication. While this is achieved very effectively there is a downside: when a message is imported is then "ignored" by the software in all following imports.
I'll add more informations on the Wiki about this behaviour...

    Have a nice day,
