    Hello Perry,

    Until a couple of days ago an email to the ZeXtras Sales Team was needed, while now the ZeXtras Store supports fully-automatic license upgrades

    Should you need to extend your license you'll just need to log into your ZeXtras Store account and click the Upgrade License button.
    This will allow you to add more users to your license (you can also extend your license duration and add new modules to your license using this feature).

    Thanks Cine.
    We'll get a couple of extra licenses upfront even though license upgrades thru the ZeXtras store are fully-automatic
    it saves us the hassle for just a few dollars more.

    Hi Cine,
    How does it work with the ZxMobile license we bought for our current Zimbra server when moving to a new Zimbra server ?
    Can we easily transfer the license to the new server ?

    Hi Perry,

    you just need to upload your license file to the new server, it will start working immediatly (you can download the file from your "My Account" page on the ZeXtras Store).

    Installed the ZxMobile license on our current server and immediately our ZxBackup module which was still used
    within the trial period to test migrating to a new server is disabled. Please help.

    Hello Perry,

    uploading a license file will activate the license immediatly, thus terminating the trial mode if such mode is still active...

    Ok, would be better to set licenses per module, now I have to shut down Zimbra to move back to trial mode
    just because I activited your zxmobile license. The users will not be happy about this. Thanks for the quick reply anyway.

    CarDav and CalDav

    Except for the backup, all features of Zextras may be acheived using CarDav and CalDav.

    Yes, you can synchronize your Mobile Device with Zimbra through CalDav and CardDav, I posted two guides on this Forums on how to to it (the Android's one is still incomplete, will finish that soon)...

    Forgive me, but I completely miss the point of your post... There are some major differences in using ZeXtras Mobile and the *Dav protocols, should I make a list?

    This licensing is pretty bad. I have 23 accounts and I have bought a license for 10 mailboxes from which I have used only 3. Since there was no any kind of information on your purchasing page about this strange licensing I'm feeling deceived (don't tell me to read the Wiki before purchase since this information HAS to be clearly stated on your website) so I would like to get my money back since I can't use it and I don't want to pay you additional 70 EUR for something I don't need.

    How can I get my money back or to use my service as is normal and logical?
