    Team App


    trying to setup the team app on an android phone and getting:

    An error has occured, please contact your administrator.

    are there any specific ports that need to be opened to permit this to work?

    currently I have:

    TCP 443.465,993,995 and 7780 open...

    Hello Romani,

    Your issue might be related to this thread.

    Also if the web interface is accessible your firewall settings should are correct but Team uses a websocket connection so if there is a reverse proxy between the Zimbra host and the mobile client it might be necessary to reconfigure it accordingly
