    Support Portal & Bugzilla problems

    I'm having trouble getting to the bugzilla page, when I click on the link it takes me to the Support Portal page - has this now changed to require us to login? If I try to login from here it says "Username and password doesn't match " - I assume it means they don't match your records, they should do. If I then try the 'Forgot password' link it takes me to the ZeXtras Store and I can't login from there because it says "These credentials do not match our records." - the credentials I use have always been the same.

    Have I missed some changes on the site?

    You can forget the problem logging into the store, that was my fault and I can get into that. It also seems that I needed to login to the cupport portal with the same credentials a the store. That does, however, still leave the question about the 'Forgot Password' link and is there actually a bugzilla that I would recognise rather than the KB section or is it having problems?
