When I activate the shared folders, Outlook is "Disconnected" and this error message (I translate the error message, it may not be exactly the right message. I'm from France so, I used Outlook in French) :
Your account can not be configure to sync the new items as they arrive.

I've seen a similar error message pop a couple of time, and IIRC the cause was related to an antivirus software on the client (Norton): is your customer running this specific software? If so, disabling script blocking should solve the problem, while if not, please do the following:
- Delete the EAS account from one of the affected clients.
- Remove any related entry from the Device List found in the ZxMobile section of the ZeXtras Administration Zimlet.
- Add a "debug" level Account Logger to the affected account and enable Outlook's advanced debug features.
- Configure the account in Outlook again.
- Reproduce the issue and send the logfiles to community@zextras.com including your post's direct link in the subject (the direct link can be found by clicking on the thread number to the left of the date/time of your post).

ZeXtras Suite 1.99.2 has been released!
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue that could cause emails sent from a mobile device not to be correctly saved in the "Sent" folder. This only affected EAS2.5 clients (e.g. Samsung devices).
- Fixed an issue that caused sychronized folders for which share permissions were revoked after the sync not to disappear from mobile devices.
- Fixed a bug that could cause Outlook 2013 to crash when synchronizing a task folder.
- Fixed several small usability issues affecting the ZeXtras Client Zimlet (updated aswell)
Improvements:
- Updated iOS 8.x compatibility, including the lockscreen email notification/preview.
- Connection handlers have been improved.
- Folder items with "unkn" item type now inherit the parent folder's item type.
- Changed the algorithm used by the to generate mobile passwords to the same one used by the Admin Console.
- Added a workaround for a Windows Mobile/Windows Phone issue that could lead to an incomplete sync when the number of pending items is higher than the phone's WindowSize. On top of this, WP/WM compatibility has been further improved.
Known Issues:
- We're still working on cross-browser compatibility for the Video Chat feature: to date, starting a videochat with an user using a different browser might not work.
- We're going to add a "limiter" similar to the one enabled by default on the Window Size property to the "Days to Sync" so that devices not sending a specific amount of days to sync won't synchronize the full mailbox (there are very few devices showing this behaviour).

Is there a special reason that one cant sync shared calendars where you only have read rights ? The "Folder Sync Settings" is grayed out on thoose.

Hi Johan,
the main reason for the mandatory needs of read&write permission is a protocol limit. In few words, many devices cannot understand the missing write permission so they fall in a synchronization error... I hope that future versions can exceed this limit
