The full output of "zmcontrol -v" would also be useful.

Hello Fsainovich,
welcome to the forums!
The error you report usually appears when either:
* There is bad data in your server's zimlet cache.
* You are trying to access the Zextras Administration Console before the UI is done loading.
Could you please clear your server's cache by running `zmprov fc all` as the zimbra user and try waiting until the Admin Console is fully loaded before accessing the Zextras Administration Zimlet? Furthermore, as Phoenix said, knowing your Zimbra version would allow us to try and reproduce the issue/search for bugs...
Have a nice day,

Hi Fsainovich,
I have just verified your issue as a race-condition during the javascript interface initialization, it seems that you need to wait some seconds before moving on the administration console because some importants data (like license details) are retrieved after login, so especially on slow internet connections it could happens, but waiting a little can help.
Have a nice day,

Hi Fsainovich,
our devs are working on a fix, but in the meanwhile can you check your zimbra dosFilter settings as suggested during the install process? (it can make the problem worse)
WARNING: Zimbra 8.x users might experience slowness and AJAX errors
when accessing the Zimbra Administration Console because of the
Zimbra DOS Filter. In this case, raising the number of Maximum Requests
per Second is suggested (see http://wiki.zextras.com/DosFilter
for further informations)
